Our second floor, two bedroom apartment offers spectacular views of the mountains that surround Sucina. Hacienda Views is situated facing two fairways and a lake, an idyllic location to sit on the terrace and watch the sun set in the west.
Furnished to a high standard for your comfort we have also included an entertainment centre with a selection of films and music. There are also sun loungers and beach-towels for your use at one of the uniquely designed swimming pools.

Lounge/Dining Room - Large, comfortable sofa, wall-mounted television with numerous English/Spanish/German channels. Dining table and chairs to seat six. Coffee table and selection of games and information/phrase books to assist you.

Bathroom - Modern toilet, basin, bidet and good sized bath with overhead shower – all towels provided.

Kitchen - A modern well equipped kitchen with four hob electric oven with built in grill, microwave, washing machine, (retractable washing line on the balcony) and large upright fridge-freezer. Fully fitted units with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils that you should require during your stay.

Bedrooms - Two comfortable twin bed rooms with views from the balconies overlooking the courtyard and towards the mountains, each room furnished with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.

Balcony - west facing with sun loungers, views over the fairway with the El Valle mountains in the distance.

There is a telephone for free internal calls around the complex and for receiving incoming calls. Guests will be met and greeted at the front entrance and shown to the apartment. We will provide a local contact number should you need help or assistance. There is an allocated underground parking bay, the garage door is activated with the remote control security key.
